Embedded Compute Module with Active Cooling
This Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 delivers 8 GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC storage in a compact form factor for deeply embedded applications. A Broadcom BCM2711 quad-core Cortex-A72 processor running at 1.5 GHz provides 64-bit performance. The bundle includes an aluminium CNC heatsink with a PWM fan for thermal management.
Suited for Industrial Integration, Not Desktop Use
Engineers building custom carrier boards for automation, signage or edge computing will benefit from the module's dual video output and wireless connectivity. Projects that need a ready-to-run single-board computer with standard ports should look at a full-size Raspberry Pi 4 Model B instead.
32 GB eMMC Determines Storage Flexibility
Onboard eMMC fixes the primary storage capacity at 32 GB and cannot be upgraded or swapped after purchase. Designs requiring removable media, larger capacities or different storage interfaces must plan for external solutions on the carrier board.

Spurningar um þessa vöru
Will the CM4108032 module fit into a carrier board I already use for earlier Compute Modules?
The CM4108032 uses a different pin-out and form factor than previous Compute Modules, so it requires a carrier board designed specifically for the Compute Module 4 series.
How can I verify the PWM fan and heatsink are cooling the BCM2711 SoC correctly after assembly?
Monitor the CPU temperature under load; the fan should spin up automatically via PWM control and keep the SoC well below its thermal throttle point during sustained 1.5 GHz operation.
Does the package include a carrier board or power supply, or only the module and cooling hardware?
The box contains the CM4108032 module with 8 GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC plus an aluminium CNC heatsink with PWM fan; a carrier board and power supply must be sourced separately.
