Segment E-Paper Display Module
The LORDWORLD 1.9inch segment e-paper module provides 91 individually addressable segments driven over an I2C interface. It targets makers and engineers building battery-powered instruments such as humidifier read-outs or digital meters who need a persistent, zero-power display.
Upgrade from LED or LCD modules
This raw panel replaces seven-segment LED or character LCD modules when always-on visibility without backlight current is the priority. The jump is worthwhile when the device must show readings for weeks on a coin cell and can tolerate the slower partial-refresh cycle of e-paper technology.
Sustained operation behaviour
Under continuous use the display draws power only during the brief refresh events; between updates it retains the last image with no supply connected. The 32 segment driver channels manage the 91 segments so the host MCU stays asleep for the vast majority of the duty cycle.
