Registered ECC Design

Each module uses a 1Rx4 organisation and major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix without a heat spreader. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits the Z13PE-D16 memory slots and the registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller. Systems that require UDIMM or LRDIMM pinouts cannot use this kit.

Thermal and Power Profile

Running at 1.1V keeps power draw low for dense server deployments. The absence of heat spreaders relies on chassis airflow for cooling, so adequate front-to-back air movement is required. No active cooling or additional voltage headroom is needed for standard operation.
