This 2TB memory kit contains sixteen 128GB registered DIMMs built for the Tyan Thunder HX FT83A-B7129 server platform. Each module runs at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CL22 latency at 1.2V and provides ECC error correction. The 4Rx4 organisation and 288-pin RDIMM form factor are designed for multi-socket server boards that require registered memory. Samsung, Micron or Hynix DRAM chips are used depending on supply.

Administrators expanding a Tyan Thunder HX FT83A-B7129 to its full memory capacity will find this kit matches the board's registered ECC requirements.
