The front supports up to a 360 mm radiator. The included F360 RGB Core fan occupies the front 120 mm positions, so the radiator would replace those fans.

Can I mount a 280 mm radiator on top with standard-height memory modules?

The top supports 280 mm radiators only when low-profile memory is used. With standard-height modules the maximum top radiator length is 240 mm.

Are bottom intake fans included for the perforated PSU shroud?

The case includes one front F360 RGB Core fan and one rear F120Q fan. Bottom 120 mm fan positions accept two fans, which are not supplied.
