Purpose-built Scrypt miner
The AFRNDK ANTMINER L3++ delivers a hash rate of 580MH/s for Litecoin and other Scrypt-based coins. It integrates 288 BM1485 ASIC chips arranged across four hashing boards with 72 chips each. The unit connects to the network through a wired Ethernet link and is intended for operators who need dedicated Scrypt hashing hardware with an included power supply.
Thermals noise and power draw
Two fans provide front-to-rear airflow while each chip has its own heat sink bonded with a revised attachment method. The chassis is formed from aluminium alloy for structural rigidity and heat spreading. At the wall the system draws 942W plus ten percent with the supplied 962W PSU operating at 93 percent efficiency in a 25°C ambient environment. Acoustic output reaches 96dB and the rated operating temperature range spans 0°C to 40°C.
Bundled PSU and power topology
