It provides battery backup and surge protection from a single 120 V NEMA 5-15P input. Eight NEMA 5-15R outlets give room for a typical workstation plus networking gear. The sealed lead-acid battery is replaceable by a qualified technician.

Simulated Sine Wave and Surge Protection

Output voltage is regulated to 120 Vac ±5 % with a simulated sine waveform at 50/60 Hz ±1 %. The unit delivers 1.5 minutes of runtime at full 260 W load and 6 minutes at half load, enough for an orderly shutdown. A surge energy rating of 890 joules and internal circuitry limiting protect connected equipment from spikes. Audible alarms signal on-battery, low-battery, overload and fault conditions.
