Compact Standby UPS for Home Office

The CyberPower ST425 is a 425 VA / 260 W standby uninterruptible power supply designed for desktop computers, routers and entertainment devices. It provides battery backup and surge protection from a single 120 V NEMA 5-15P input. Eight NEMA 5-15R outlets give room for a typical workstation plus networking gear. The sealed lead-acid battery is replaceable by a qualified technician.

Simulated Sine Wave and Surge Protection

Output voltage is regulated to 120 Vac ±5 % with a simulated sine waveform at 50/60 Hz ±1 %. The unit delivers 1.5 minutes of runtime at full 260 W load and 6 minutes at half load, enough for an orderly shutdown. A surge energy rating of 890 joules and internal circuitry limiting protect connected equipment from spikes. Audible alarms signal on-battery, low-battery, overload and fault conditions.

Eight Outlets and Replaceable Battery

All eight outlets supply battery-backed power so every plugged-in device stays alive during an outage. Recharge takes 8 hours after a discharge event. The replaceable battery design extends the service life of the unit without replacing the whole UPS. UL 1778, cUL, FCC Class B, CEC and RoHS compliance confirm the unit meets recognised safety and emissions standards for office use.
