This Solidigm D7-P5520 enterprise SSD provides 7.68TB of capacity in an E1.S 9.5mm form factor using 144L TLC 3D NAND. It is built for data-centre servers that need high-density read-intensive storage with a PCI-Express 4.0 interface. The drive delivers up to 6600 MBps sequential read and 4200 MBps sequential write speeds. It is not suited for systems that lack an E1.S backplane or that require a different physical height.

E1.S 9.5mm PCIe 4.0 x4 integration

The drive slots directly into an E1.S 9.5mm cage, freeing traditional 2.5-inch or M.2 bays for other devices. Its PCI-Express 4.0 x4 electrical interface supports 1100000 IOPS random read and 220000 IOPS random write performance without a separate power cable. Builders without an EDSFF backplane cannot install this module, and no adapter is included in the single pack.

18W active power and vibration tolerance
