256 GB DDR4 and eight 960 GB SSDs

Installed memory is 256 GB of DDR4 2933 MHz registered ECC across eight 32 GB modules, with headroom to 1 TB across 16 slots. Storage uses a PERC H745 controller with 4 GB NV cache driving eight 960 GB SATA SSDs in RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 or 60.
