The Dell PowerEdge R730xd is a 2U rack server equipped with two Intel Xeon E5-2660 v4 processors. Each CPU runs at 2.0 GHz with a 3.2 GHz turbo frequency and provides 14 cores. The system targets midsize and large enterprises running data warehouses, e-commerce platforms, virtual desktop infrastructure, databases or high-performance computing data nodes.

128GB DDR4 Memory and 800GB SSD Storage

The server ships with 128 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz registered ECC memory installed across eight 16 GB modules. Twenty-four memory slots support a maximum capacity of 1.5 TB.
