The MSI PRO H610M-G WIFI is a Micro-ATX motherboard built around the Intel H610 chipset for business and everyday systems. It accepts 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron processors in the LGA 1700 socket. Two 288-pin DDR5 slots run dual-channel memory up to 5600 MHz with a 64 GB maximum. One PCIe 4.0 x16 slot with Steel Armor, one PCIe 3.0 x1 slot and two legacy PCI slots handle expansion. Four SATA 6Gb/s ports and one M.2 Key M connector provide storage options.

Build Integration

The board fits standard Micro-ATX chassis and uses a 24-pin ATX plus 8-pin CPU power layout. The single M.2 Key M slot supports PCIe Gen3 x4 or SATA drives, while a second Key E slot is pre-populated with the Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 module. Four SATA ports leave room for multiple hard drives or SATA SSDs. The reinforced PCIe 4.0 x16 slot holds heavy graphics cards without flex. Rear I/O includes HDMI, 1 Gb Intel I219-V LAN, USB 3.1 ports and a PS/2 combo port for legacy peripherals.

Sustained Operation

A dedicated chipset heatsink provides passive cooling for the H610 PCH during long workloads. Frozr AI Cooling monitors CPU and GPU temperatures to adjust system fan curves automatically, keeping airflow matched to actual heat output. Memory Boost isolates the DDR5 traces for signal integrity during extended high-frequency operation. The 8-channel HD Audio with Audio Boost uses a separate PCB layer to reduce noise during continuous playback or conferencing. Intel I219-V LAN and Wi-Fi 6E maintain stable network throughput over prolonged transfers.
