Sustained load behaviour

Each module uses a 4Rx4 organisation with major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix that have been stress tested under load. Installation notes

The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits the Precision 7920 DIMM slots directly, but the workstation requires all eight slots to be populated in the correct channel order for the 512GB capacity to be recognised. Mixing these registered modules with unbuffered DIMMs or using fewer than eight modules will prevent the system from posting.
