288-pin RDIMM form factor

Each module uses the 288-pin RDIMM interface with a 4Rx4 rank structure and operates at 1.2V. The kit is a dual-channel configuration compliant with JEDEC PC4-21300 specifications and RoHS standards. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the chassis must handle thermal management directly.

2666MHz CL19 at 1.2V
