Registered ECC DDR5 constraints

Registered ECC DDR5 cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced modules in the same system. The 288-pin form factor fits only platforms that support registered DDR5 memory. Standard desktop boards will not accept this module.

Server DIMM installation notes
