64GB DDR5 4800 CL40 ECC registered RDIMM for Dell PowerEdge C6600, C6620, MX760C, R660 and R6615 servers
This 64GB DDR5 4800 CL40 registered DIMM operates at 1.1V with a 2Rx4 organisation. It is built for Dell PowerEdge C6600, C6620, MX760C, R660 and R6615 servers. The module replaces Dell part AC239379 SNPJ52K5C/64G.
Registered ECC DDR5 cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced modules in the same system. The 288-pin form factor fits only platforms that support registered DDR5 memory. Standard desktop boards will not accept this module.
Align the notch with the slot key and press firmly until the retention clips engage. A common error is seating the module in a channel the platform does not populate for registered memory. Verify the server memory population rules before adding modules.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
This single 64GB DDR5 4800 CL40 2Rx4 registered ECC DIMM fills one slot; adding more of the same part scales capacity in 64GB increments while keeping speed and latency identical.
The module runs at DDR5 4800 (PC5-38400) with CL40 latency at 1.1V, so the server memory controller sees the full JEDEC-standard data rate without overclocking.
The 288-pin RDIMM keying and registered ECC protocol mean it only works alongside other registered ECC DDR5 modules; unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs cannot be installed in the same system.
