Warranty & RMA

Twenty-four months, handled by us

You bought it from us, so you deal with us. No “contact the manufacturer”, no chasing an RMA portal in another language, no proving you are the original purchaser to a company that has never heard of you.

  • 24 monthson everything we sell
  • 14 daysdead on arrival, replaced
  • 0proof of identity needed
  • 1party to deal with — us

How an RMA goes

  1. Describe the fault

Your order reference and what it actually does — “no display output with three different cables”, not “broken”. Half the RMAs we open are solved at this step, which saves you two weeks without a machine.

  2. We issue an RMA number

Write it on the outside of the parcel, not on the product box. Without it a parcel arrives unidentified, and we have nothing to match it to.

  3. You send it in

We send a prepaid label inside the EU. Outside, we agree the cheapest tracked option with you and take the cost off the final settlement.

  4. We test, then repair, replace or refund

In that order of preference, and your preference wins if the outcome is equivalent. Typically five to ten working days from the day it lands, plus return transit.

A fault in the first 14 days is treated as dead on arrival: you get a replacement or a full refund, not a repair, and we pay the postage both ways.

What does not void it

  • Mining and 24/7 workloads. We sell mining hardware. Running a card at full load is the job it was bought for, and we do not treat it as abuse.
  • Opening the case of a system, adding RAM or storage, reseating a cooler.
  • Manufacturer overclocking profiles and factory boost behaviour.
  • A missing outer box. We need the product, not the cardboard it arrived in.

We do not ask what you used it for. The order reference is all we need to open a claim.

What does void it

  • Physical damage. Bent pins, cracked PCBs, chipped dies, snapped brackets.
  • Liquid damage, including a leaking custom loop.
  • Modified firmware or a shunt mod, and voltages outside the vendor's range.
  • Fire, surge, or a power supply that took the rest of the machine with it — though if that PSU came from us, the PSU itself is covered and we will talk about the rest.

If you are unsure which side of the line you are on, send the photographs first. We would rather tell you before you pay to ship something back to us.

What the law already gives you

We sell from Germany, so EU consumers have a statutory guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery. Our 24 months are that guarantee, honoured by us directly — not a separate product you paid extra for, and not something we can shorten in the small print.

Some manufacturers offer longer on specific lines — three years on many SSDs, five on some memory. Those run alongside ours, and after month 24 you deal with the manufacturer directly. We will tell you who to write to and what to send them.

Questions people actually ask

I paid in crypto with no account. How do you know it is mine?
The order link proves it — the same link that is your receipt. There is no name to verify, and we never needed one.
Do you need the original invoice?
There is no paper invoice; the order page is the record and we can see it from the reference.
Will you replace with the identical model?
Where we can. Where a model is discontinued, with something at least equivalent, and we tell you what it is before we send it.
What if the fault is intermittent and you cannot reproduce it?
We test longer, and we tell you what we ran and for how long. If we genuinely cannot reproduce it we say so rather than shipping it back marked “no fault found” and hoping.
Is a refund paid back in crypto?
Yes — in the coin you paid with, at the rate of the day. The details are on the refunds page.
Do you cover data loss?
No, and nobody does. Back up before you send a drive; a returned SSD is wiped or destroyed, never resold with your data on it.
