Thirty days, and no argument about it

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unopened and complete. Something faulty? That is not a return, that is the warranty, and it runs for 24 months.

  • 14 daysstatutory minimum, EU
  • 0restocking fees
  • 24 monthsif it is faulty

How a return goes

  1. Tell us, with the reference

Your order reference — CH-… — and one line on why. No form to justify yourself with, no drop-down of approved reasons. “Changed my mind” is a reason.

  2. We answer with an address

And, when the return is our fault, a prepaid label. Do not send anything back before you have that answer: an unannounced parcel has nothing to attach it to, and we never had your name to guess from.

  3. Pack it as it came

Manufacturer box inside, shipping box outside. Do not tape a label onto the product box — a scuffed retail box is the single most common reason a return comes back at reduced value.

  4. We check and refund

Within two working days of the parcel being scanned in. The money goes back in the coin you paid with — see how refunds work.

What comes back to you

  • Changed your mind: the item price. Outbound shipping stays with you if you paid it, and the return postage is yours.
  • Wrong item, faulty on arrival, damaged in transit: everything, shipping included, and we pay the return postage.
  • We cancelled the order: everything, immediately, whatever the reason.

There is no restocking fee and no handling charge. If a return costs us something, that is the cost of selling hardware, not a line to put on your refund.

What we cannot take back

  • Opened software and licence keys. Once a key is revealed it cannot be unsold.
  • Items missing parts — cables, brackets, adapters, the small bag of screws. Complete means complete.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery. A bent PCIe bracket or a cracked die is not a change of mind. If it arrived that way, that is transit damage, and it is covered.
  • Thermal paste and consumables once opened.

Opened but unused? Write to us anyway. A retail box opened carefully and a product never installed is usually still a return — it is worth asking rather than assuming.

Your legal right, and what we add to it

We ship from Germany, so consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery, without giving a reason. That is the law, not our policy, and nothing on this page reduces it.

Our 30 days sit on top of that. Days 15 to 30 are a commercial gesture we choose to make; days 1 to 14 are yours whatever we think. We mention the difference because a shop that presents the law as generosity is telling you something about how it will behave when it matters.

Buying as a business? The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to you, but our 30 days do.

Questions people actually ask

Do I have to give a reason?
No. We ask for one line because it tells us whether a listing is misleading, not because the answer changes anything.
How do you refund a crypto payment?
In the coin you paid with, to an address you give us, at the rate on the day we send it. The full mechanics are on the refunds page, including the part where the coin count can differ from what you sent.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. Say so when you write in and we hold the replacement rather than restocking it.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer box before you open it if you can, and tell us within a few days. Every parcel we send is insured for its full value, so this costs you nothing.
My 30 days are nearly up and the courier is slow.
The date that counts is the day you tell us, not the day the parcel reaches us. Write in before the deadline and you are inside it.
Do you return the shipping I paid?
On a change of mind, no. On anything that is our mistake, yes — and we pay the return postage as well.
