Underpaid or late

Nothing you send is ever lost

Short, over, or after the deadline — all three are ordinary and all three are recoverable. Your order is held, the difference is shown to the cent, and you either top it up or we pay it back. There is no case where coins arrive at our address and simply disappear.

  • 3ways it goes sideways
  • 0of them lose your money
  • 30 minbefore “late” starts
  • 1top-up address, the same one

Less arrived than the invoice asked

Your order goes to Underpaid and stays there. It is not cancelled, and nothing is returned automatically — because sending it back would cost another network fee and leave you further from your parcel than before.

  1. Your order page shows the gap

The exact amount still missing, in the same coin, with the same address. Send the difference to that address and the order clears itself.

  2. The address does not change

It is yours for this order. A second transaction to it is added to the first — you are not starting over.

  3. We pack on the first confirmation of the balance

Exactly as if it had arrived in one go.

Why it happens, nine times out of ten: an exchange deducted its withdrawal fee from the amount you typed, instead of adding it on top. You asked it to send 0.0123 BTC and it sent 0.0123 minus the fee. Nothing was wrong on either side — the two conventions simply disagree.

More arrived than we asked

We ship the order and pay the surplus back, in the coin you paid with, to an address you give us. Write to support with your order reference — we do not guess a refund address from the transaction, because on several chains the sender address is not somewhere you can safely receive.

A few cents of dust is not worth a network fee to return; above that, it comes back.

It arrived after the deadline

The 30-minute lock guards the quote, not your transaction: if you broadcast before it ran out, you paid the locked amount even if the block landed later.

If you broadcast after it expired, the coins are valued at the rate of the day they land. Either a small amount is missing — same top-up, same address — or a small amount is over, and it comes back.

Questions people actually ask

I sent to the right address but on the wrong network. Can you help?
No, and nobody can. The funds exist on a chain we do not hold keys for. This is the only irreversible mistake this shop allows, which is why the network is written out in words above the address — see coins and networks.
I paid twice by mistake.
The order ships once and the second payment comes back in full. Write to support with both transaction hashes.
How long do you wait before cancelling?
We do not cancel a paid order. An order that was never paid at all expires with its quote and simply stops being open — nothing was taken.
Can I top up with a different coin?
No. The balance has to reach the same address on the same chain. If that is impossible for you, write to support and we will refund what arrived instead.
My transaction is stuck unconfirmed.
That is between your wallet and the chain — usually a fee set too low. Most wallets can replace it with a higher fee. We keep watching the address either way.
Do you charge a fee for any of this?
No. The only cost is the network fee on the extra transaction, and it goes to the chain, not to us.
