Discreet packaging

Plain box, nothing on the outside about what is inside

A parcel that announces a $2,000 graphics card is a parcel that goes missing. Ours announces nothing — it is theft prevention first and foremost. This page also tells you honestly what a carrier can still see, because “nobody will ever know” is not a promise anyone shipping across a border can keep.

  • 0logos on the outside
  • 0invoices on the outside
  • 100 %insured, every parcel
  • 56 countriessame packaging

What we do, every parcel

  1. A plain brown outer box

No shop name, no logo, no printed tape, no “fragile electronics” sticker inviting someone to have a look. It is the same box whether it holds a $30 cable or a $3,000 card.

  2. The retail box goes inside, never outside

A manufacturer box is a billboard. It travels as inner packaging, padded, so it also arrives in the condition a return would need.

  3. No invoice, no packing slip on the outside

And none inside either — we send no paperwork at all. Your order page is the record.

  4. Anti-static and real padding

Bare boards and cards travel in ESD bags with foam or air cushions around them, not loose in a box of paper.

Every parcel is insured for its full value and tracked door to door on every service we offer — see shipping and delivery times.

What is still visible, honestly

  • A sender. Carriers refuse parcels without a return address. Ours is a neutral company name in Germany — not the name of this shop, and nothing that reads as computer hardware.
  • Your name and address, because a courier has to deliver to somebody.
  • Weight and dimensions, which are on every label ever printed.
  • A customs declaration, outside the EU — see below. Inside the EU there is none at all.

We do not control what a carrier prints in its own tracking portal, or what a customs officer opens. Anyone claiming otherwise is selling you a feeling, not a service.

Customs, and why we will not fake it

Outside the EU customs union, a declaration is legally required and must describe the contents and their real value. We fill it in accurately, with a plain description and the price you paid.

We will not under-declare, and we will not mark a sale as a gift. Not because we are squeamish: a false declaration voids the insurance on your parcel, and it is the buyer whose name is on the import — you would be the one carrying the risk, not us.

Inside the EU there is no declaration, no duty and nothing to pay on arrival. The shipping page says which side of that line your country is on.

Questions people actually ask

Can I use a different name for delivery?
Use whatever name the courier can deliver to at that address — a company, a household name, initials. What matters is that the parcel reaches you.
Can you ship to a parcel locker or pickup point?
No. Home delivery only: a graphics card does not fit in most lockers, and a locker is not where you want an insured parcel sitting for three days.
Will the neighbours know what it is?
Not from the box. It is unmarked brown cardboard with a shipping label on it.
Can you leave the invoice out?
There is nothing to leave out. We print no invoice, inside or outside.
Do you add flyers, stickers or catalogues?
Never. No marketing insert has ever gone in one of our parcels, and none ever will — it would be the one printed thing in the box with our name on it.
What if the box arrives opened by customs?
It happens, and they leave a notice when it does. Tell us: the parcel is insured, and if anything is missing we replace it.
