How checkout works

Three steps, no account needed

We ask for where the parcel goes and which coin you are paying with — a courier needs an address, and a blockchain needs a network. Everything else is optional, including having an account at all.

  • 3steps at checkout
  • 7 coinsaccepted
  • 30 minrate held
  • 0accounts required

The whole thing, screen by screen

  1. Basket

Prices are shown in your currency and settled on-chain. Shipping is not priced yet — it depends on the country, and the basket does not know it. It says “Calculated at checkout” rather than promising a number it would have to take back.

  2. Step 1 — Contact

An e-mail address, optional. We send no mail at all, so it is only there so support can find your order if you ever write in. You can also open an account here with a password, in one tick, if you would rather have your orders listed.

  3. Step 2 — Delivery

Name, address, country. The form changes shape with the country — postcode label, region list, the lot — because “State” means nothing in France and “Province” means nothing in Germany. We ship to 56 countries, listed here.

  4. Step 3 — Shipping method

The carriers that actually serve your country appear with their real price and delivery window. Standard shipping is free over $399; the faster services keep their price, shown next to it.

  5. The payment screen

One address, one exact amount, one network, and a countdown. Send from any wallet or exchange. Nothing is charged before this screen, and nothing is stored after it beyond what shipping requires.

  6. We pack on the first confirmation

Not when the order is placed — when the coins confirm. Most orders leave the same working day if they are paid before 14:00 CET. The tracking number appears on your order page.

What we ask for, and why

  • A delivery address — a courier cannot deliver to a wallet.
  • A coin and its network — an amount without a network is not payable.
  • An e-mail, if you want one — never required, never written to.

That is the entire list. No account to create, no forms to fill in twice, and nothing to verify before you can pay — the whole checkout takes about a minute.

Why the link is your receipt

We send no confirmation, no dispatch notice, nothing at all. There is no mail system in this shop to send one with — which keeps things simple, but does mean the link matters.

Your order page — /order/CH-…?t=… — is the receipt, the status page and the tracking page at once. Save it. If you lose it, the tracking page explains where to look.

Opened an account at checkout? Then your orders are listed under your account and the link matters less.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need a wallet you approve of?
No. Any wallet, any exchange withdrawal. You are sending to a plain on-chain address; nothing on our side cares what produced the transaction.
Can I pay from an exchange account?
Yes, and many people do. Two cautions: exchanges sometimes deduct their withdrawal fee from the amount you typed — see underpaid payments — and they can be slow at busy times, which matters for the 30-minute lock.
What if I close the tab mid-checkout?
The basket lives in your browser, so it survives. Nothing is created on our side until you reach the payment screen.
Can I change the address after paying?
Until the order reaches Packing, write to support and we will change it. After that the label is printed and the parcel is on a belt.
Is there a minimum order?
Not one we set. Some coins have a network minimum below which a payment cannot settle economically; if your basket falls under it, checkout says so before you pay and suggests another coin.
Do you keep my address?
Only on the order, because a parcel needs one, and for as long as tax law requires us to keep order records. It is not attached to a profile unless you chose to open an account. The privacy policy lists everything.
