This Timetec solid-state drive adds 256GB of storage to desktops and laptops that accept a 2.5-inch 7mm SATA device. It uses 3D NAND flash with an SLC cache to accelerate everyday workloads. The drive is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, Mac OS 10.4 or later, and Linux 2.6.33 or later. It works in systems limited to SATA II or SATA I as well.

SATA III 6Gb/s interface
