Timetec 256GB 2.5" SATA SSD

This Timetec solid-state drive adds 256GB of storage to desktops and laptops that accept a 2.5-inch 7mm SATA device. It uses 3D NAND flash with an SLC cache to accelerate everyday workloads. The drive is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, Mac OS 10.4 or later, and Linux 2.6.33 or later. It works in systems limited to SATA II or SATA I as well.

SATA III 6Gb/s interface

The single specification that determines fit is the SATA III 6Gb/s interface, which also runs on older SATA II 3Gb/s and SATA I 1.5Gb/s ports. Sequential read reaches up to 550 MBps and sequential write up to 500 MBps on this 256GB model. No other connector or protocol is supported.
