Each stick uses Hynix ICs on a ten-layer PCB and includes on-board ECC and a thermal sensor for error correction and temperature monitoring. The kit is validated for the Asus Pro WS W790E-SAGE SE and is not compatible with standard desktop or laptop platforms.

The modules use the standard 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor and fit W790 boards that support registered memory.
