The Bitmain Antminer S9i delivers a hash rate of 14Th/s for SHA256 algorithms such as Bitcoin. It uses three hash boards fitted with 189 BM1387 chips built on a 16nm process. The unit ships with an integrated power supply and connects via Ethernet for pool communication.
