Quick-release bulkhead fittings

The Alphacool ES coupling set mounts permanently in two 18 mm case openings and acts as a bulkhead connector for liquid-cooling loops. Male and female halves thread through the panel from opposite sides and secure with the supplied lock nuts. Internal G1/4" threads accept standard fittings for the internal circuit.

Sustained leak-free operation

The quick-disconnect mechanism is rated for permanent installation and allows repeated connection of external radiators without draining the loop. A locking ring snaps into the release sleeve to prevent accidental uncoupling under vibration or pressure cycles. An included opening tool eases separation when tubing runs are tight.

Nylon construction with G1/4" threads

Black nylon bodies resist corrosion and keep weight low for panel mounting. The set mates with Alphacool quick-release couplings 17537 and 17569 for a complete external-loop interface. No additional adapters are required when using standard G1/4" components inside the chassis.
