The Shadow Base 800 FX White is a full-tower chassis built for ATX, E-ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. It arrives with four pre-installed Light Wings 140mm PWM fans and an integrated PWM and ARGB hub. The open mesh front and top panels are designed for high airflow, while tempered glass side panels showcase the ARGB lighting. Builders who need a second system in the same chassis or who require more than eight 2.5-inch drive bays will not find that capacity here.

Sustained airflow with 420mm radiator support

The case supports radiators up to 420mm at the front and top, and a 120mm unit at the rear, allowing large liquid-cooling loops to dissipate heat over long sessions. Four 140mm PWM fans move air through the mesh without restrictive grilles, and the combined hub lets the motherboard or controller adjust fan speed under load. Dust filters on the bottom and front capture particles before they settle on radiators or components, helping thermal performance stay consistent over time.

Tool-less drive trays and generous GPU clearance

Four internal 3.5-inch trays and eight 2.5-inch mounts use tool-less mechanisms, so drives slide in and lock without screws. The interior fits graphics cards up to 430mm long and CPU coolers up to 180mm tall, while the power-supply bay accepts units up to 305mm deep when the bottom fan is removed. Front I/O includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 ports and audio jacks, all routed to the top panel for easy access.
