The Dynatron A26 is a new air cooler built for AMD Socket SP3 processors in 2U rackmount chassis. It combines an aluminum heatsink with an embedded heatpipe and a 60 mm PWM axial fan. The assembly stands 65 mm tall and weighs 450 g, fitting the tight vertical clearance of 2U enclosures while targeting CPUs rated up to 180 W.
This cooler replaces basic OEM heatsinks that cannot sustain 180 W in a 2U form factor. The embedded heatpipe moves heat from the base to the fins more efficiently than solid aluminum, and the 6025 fan delivers up to 43.75 CFM at 8000 RPM when the duty cycle reaches 100 %. The jump is worth it when sustained workloads push the processor past the thermal limits of a stock cooler.
A 60 mm fan must spin fast to move air through a dense fin stack, so noise rises to 53 dBA at full speed and static pressure reaches 19.04 mm-H2O. The 4-pin PWM header lets the system scale between 1600 RPM at 20 % duty and 8000 RPM at 100 %, but the acoustic ceiling remains high. Builds that need quieter operation or higher thermal headroom must move to a larger chassis or liquid loop.

The cooler is 65 mm tall, so it fits inside a standard 2U rack chassis that provides at least 65 mm of vertical clearance above the SP3 socket.
The fan mounts horizontally on the heatsink and should blow air through the fins toward the rear exhaust of the 2U server.
Replace the fan if noise rises above the rated 53 dBA at full speed or if RPM drops below the 8000 ± 10 % specification at 100 % duty cycle.
