Its 3 nm Granite Rapids architecture provides a 2.3 GHz base frequency with an all-core turbo of 3.8 GHz.
72 MB L3 cache and DDR5-6400 memory subsystem
A shared 72 MB L3 cache feeds all cores to reduce latency on large working sets. The integrated controller drives eight DDR5-6400 channels for up to 4 TB of memory, giving ample bandwidth for in-memory analytics. Capacity stops at 4 TB; workloads needing more must scale across additional sockets.
PCIe 5.0 with 88 lanes and three UPI 24 GT/s links
The processor exposes 88 PCIe 5.0 lanes for fast storage, networking or accelerator cards. Three UPI links at 24 GT/s connect two sockets with low latency. Systems limited to PCIe 4.0 or fewer UPI links cannot use the full I/O potential of this chip.
