ThinkPad T16 for business users

The Lenovo ThinkPad T16 is a new 16-inch laptop built around a 13th Generation Intel Core i7-1355U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads. It ships with Windows 11 Home, 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe solid-state drive. The 1920 x 1200 IPS display covers 45 % NTSC at 300 nits and has an anti-glare coating. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle the visual output.

Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports running at 40 Gbps each join two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one of which is always-on, plus HDMI 2.1, RJ-45 Ethernet and a headset jack. Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Bluetooth 5.3 provide modern wireless links. The factory seal is opened only for the memory and storage upgrade, then the unit is inspected and tested before shipment.

2 TB storage and 16 GB memory headroom

The 2 TB PCIe drive gives ample room for large project files, local databases and media libraries without relying on external disks. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 keeps multi-application workloads smooth for typical office and development tasks. The integrated Iris Xe graphics and 45 % NTSC panel are not suited for colour-critical creative work or modern 3D titles. Buyers who need a wider colour gamut, discrete GPU performance or user-replaceable memory should look elsewhere.
