Lab bench power supply
The myVolts STP6005D is a bench-top unit that delivers continuously adjustable DC output from 0 to 60V and 0 to 5A. It operates in constant voltage or constant current mode with automatic crossover and is intended for factory maintenance, calibration work or integration into test equipment cabinets. Dual three-digit LED displays show voltage and current independently.
Protection and efficiency features
The supply includes current-limiting buck operation, short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection to safeguard both the unit and the device under test. Regulation rates are 0.5% + 3mV for voltage and 0.2% + 3mA for current, with ripple and noise specified at 50mVrms and 50mArms respectively. Overall power efficiency reaches 80%.
0-60V 0-5A adjustable range
The single specification that decides suitability is the continuous 0 to 60 volt and 0 to 5 amp output envelope. Any application needing more than 5 amps or more than 60 volts cannot use this unit. The AC input fuse is rated F5AL at 250VAC and the operating temperature range is 0 to 40°C.
