The matched 4 x 32 GB configuration fills all channels on supported Thinkmate boards in one step. Registered 2Rx8 organisation reduces electrical load on the memory controller. Samsung, Micron or Hynix DRAM is used depending on supply. Each module is stress-tested before shipping.
128 GB headroom for virtualisation and ZFS
Four ranks per channel give ample room for large VM fleets, container clusters or deduplicated ZFS pools. Registered ECC RDIMMs scale beyond unbuffered limits without signal degradation. Workloads needing more than 128 GB or faster than DDR4 3200 will require a different platform.
