1TB DDR4 ECC LRDIMM kit for ASUS EPYC servers

This 1TB kit contains sixteen 64GB DDR4 3200 ECC Load Reduced DIMMs built for the ASUS KRPA-U16 motherboard. It targets IT teams expanding memory capacity on AMD EPYC 7002 platforms that require registered LRDIMM modules. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. The kit is supplied new and validated for mission-critical server workloads.

Confirm the ASUS KRPA-U16 has sixteen available 288-pin DDR4 slots and review the vendor memory population guide for 4Rx4 LRDIMMs. Ensure the system BIOS supports the full 1TB configuration at DDR4 3200 speed. Check that the operating system and applications can utilise the total capacity. No heat spreaders are fitted, so chassis airflow must meet the platform thermal requirements.

Replaces smaller RDIMM or lower-capacity LRDIMM sets
