288-Pin Registered Design for Server Boards

The 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor fits server motherboards that require registered, ECC memory. Dual-rank 4Rx4 organisation and major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix support stable operation under sustained GPU compute loads. No heat spreaders are included, so chassis airflow must handle module cooling.

Upgrade Path for Memory-Constrained GPU Nodes

The kit replaces lower-capacity or slower DDR5 RDIMMs to expand the memory available for large-model training and inference. The jump is worth it when the current configuration limits batch size or forces offloading to slower storage. Systems that do not support registered ECC DDR5 cannot use this kit.
