This 768GB kit contains six 128GB DDR5 5600 CL46 registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Supermicro H14SSL-N motherboard. The 2Rx4 1.10V modules match the board's memory controller requirements so all slots are recognised at full capacity and rated speed. It is intended for administrators who need maximum registered ECC capacity on this specific platform.
Six 128GB dual-rank modules populate every DIMM slot on the H14SSL-N and deliver 768GB of registered ECC memory at the board's native DDR5 5600 speed. The registered architecture keeps the memory controller stable when all channels are fully loaded, while on-die ECC corrects single-bit errors before they affect workloads. This configuration reaches the board's maximum supported density; larger modules or higher speeds are not supported by this platform.
