The 4Rx4 organisation and CL52 latency let the memory controller recognise full capacity at rated speed without manual tuning.
Operating at 1.1 V the modules draw minimal power for their density and run without heat spreaders in the server's managed airflow. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller so every slot stays stable when fully populated.
