Server-grade DDR4 ECC LRDIMM kit

This OWC kit supplies 128GB of DDR4 memory across four 32GB load-reduced DIMMs. It is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require ECC error correction and registered signalling. The modules run at 2133MHz with a CL15 latency and 1.2V operation. Standard desktop computers cannot use this memory type.

288-pin LRDIMM form factor

Each module uses the 288-pin DDR4 LRDIMM layout with 4Rx4 organisation, reducing electrical load on the memory controller in multi-DIMM configurations. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the chassis must be adequate for sustained operation. The kit is validated to JEDEC PC4-17000 specifications and RoHS compliant for warranty-safe deployment.

Verify platform supports DDR4 ECC LRDIMM

Before ordering, confirm the motherboard or system accepts DDR4 load-reduced ECC DIMMs and cannot mix them with unbuffered modules. Check that the memory controller supports 4Rx4 ranks at 2133MHz and that the BIOS recognises the full 128GB capacity across four slots. Buyers needing unbuffered or non-ECC memory should select a different product.
