This 16 GB registered DDR3L module operates at 1600 MHz with CL11 latency and 1.35 V. It is built for Cisco UCS B200 M3, B22 M3, B420 M3, C22 M3 and C220 M3 servers that require ECC registered memory. Standard desktop systems cannot use this module.

Single-module 16 GB capacity

One 2Rx4 DIMM adds 16 GB of error-correcting memory to a compatible slot. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing larger configurations within the platform limits.
