Server DDR5 ECC Registered Kit

This 256GB dual-channel kit contains two 128GB DDR5 5600 CL46 modules built to the JEDEC PC5-44800 standard. They are 288-pin ECC Registered RDIMMs designed for select workstations, servers, NAS systems and network switches. The kit will not fit standard desktop computers. Each module runs at 1.1V and uses a 4Rx4 organisation.

ECC Registered Architecture

The registered buffer and on-die ECC provide error correction and signal integrity required by multi-socket server platforms. Mixing these modules with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported. The dual-channel kit simplifies population of matched pairs in compatible memory controllers. No heat spreader is included, so airflow must meet the platform specification.

256GB Capacity Headroom

The 256GB total capacity supports large in-memory databases, virtualisation clusters and high-thread-count compute workloads. Workloads that exceed this limit will require additional memory slots or higher-density modules not included in this kit. Systems limited to lower maximum memory per channel cannot use the full 128GB per module.
