This OWC kit supplies 256 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory in four 64 GB modules. It is built for HP ProLiant Gen10 servers such as the BL460c, DL325, DL360, DL380 and DL385. The modules will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs.

Registered ECC requirement

Each module is a 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM with 2Rx4 organisation, CL21 latency and 1.2 V operation. The registered ECC design is the single specification that decides compatibility; only systems that accept registered ECC DDR4 at 2933 MT/s can use this kit.

256 GB capacity ceiling
