Registered ECC with 2Rx4 Organisation

Each module is a 240-pin DDR3L 1866 (PC3L-14900) RDIMM running at CL13 latency and 1.35 V. The registered buffer and ECC function are mandatory for the target platforms and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory.
