220 V AC case fan for industrial chassis
This 120 mm square aluminium-frame fan runs directly from 220 V mains at 50 or 60 Hz. It suits equipment builders and maintenance engineers who need a drop-in replacement for legacy server, medical or rail-vehicle enclosures. The unit is supplied new from original SANYO production. No external DC supply or PWM controller is required.
Thermal and acoustic profile in service
Power draw is 18 W at 50 Hz and 16 W at 60 Hz, with current of 0.11 A and 0.09 A respectively. The AC motor spins at line frequency, so airflow and noise stay constant regardless of system load. There is no speed curve to tune and no low-speed stall point to manage.
Aluminium frame and lead-wire mounting
The 38 mm deep frame uses corner mounting holes compatible with standard 120 mm fan grilles. Two flying leads exit the housing for direct connection to mains terminal blocks. The metal construction resists vibration in rack-mount and vehicle applications where plastic frames can fatigue.

Bu ürünle ilgili sorular
How do I wire the 220 V AC fan into my case, and which step is often missed?
Connect live and neutral to the two supply leads; the step often missed is earthing the aluminium frame through the mounting screws.
What maintenance will the 109S072UL need over time?
Periodically vacuum dust from the blades and frame; the sleeve bearing is not user-serviceable, so plan to replace the unit when noise or vibration increases.
What limit appears first during continuous 220 V operation?
The motor draws 0.11 A at 50 Hz and 0.09 A at 60 Hz; sustained running at the higher 18 W / 0.11 A rating is the thermal limit reached first.
