128GB quad-channel ECC RDIMM kit

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4 2133 modules built for registered ECC server and workstation platforms. The dual-rank x4 organisation and CL15 latency suit multi-threaded workloads that demand data integrity. It is not compatible with desktop or laptop computers.

Registered 288-pin DIMMs at 1.2V

Each module uses major-brand chips on a 288-pin registered DIMM running at the standard 1.20V. Replaces non-ECC or lower-capacity DDR4 RDIMMs
