The APC SMT3000C is a line-interactive uninterruptible power supply delivering 2880 VA and 2700 W of pure sine wave output in a tower form factor. It is designed to protect servers, storage arrays, network equipment, VoIP systems, desktop workstations and retail point-of-sale terminals from power disturbances. Automatic Voltage Regulation corrects utility fluctuations without switching to battery, preserving runtime for genuine outages. The unit ships new with a bundled 16 GB USB 3.0 drive.

Build integration and remote management

The UPS connects to utility power through a NEMA L5-30P input and provides ten output receptacles: eight NEMA 5-15R and two NEMA 5-20R outlets for protected devices. A SmartConnect Ethernet port enables cloud-based monitoring, firmware updates and remote diagnostics for network administrators. An open SmartSlot accepts an optional Network Management Card for advanced SNMP or web-based control. Graceful shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines and hyper-converged clusters is supported via USB or serial connections using PowerChute software.
