Capacity and kit layout

This kit delivers 64 GB of DDR4 memory in a matched pair of 32 GB modules. The 288-pin DIMMs run at 3600 MT/s with CL18 timings of 18-22-22-42 at 1.35 V. Intel XMP 2.0 support lets the profile load from a single BIOS setting on compatible Intel 300, 400 and AMD 300, 400, 500 series platforms.

Headroom for heavy workloads

The 64 GB total gives ample headroom for content creation, virtual machines and large game texture caches. Tightly screened ICs and a custom performance PCB preserve signal quality at the rated speed, while the XMP profile keeps latency tight at 18-22-22-42 without manual tuning. Demands beyond 64 GB or speeds above 3600 MT/s would require a different kit.

Thermals and lighting

Anodized aluminium heatspreaders draw heat away from the ICs during sustained loads, keeping temperatures in check without extra airflow. Ten ultra-bright RGB LEDs per module provide multi-zone lighting controlled through iCUE software, synchronising with other iCUE devices. No external cables are needed, so the install stays clean and power draw remains at the standard 1.35 V level.
