The darkFlash Gauss G24R ships as a set of three 120 mm PWM fans with 5 V addressable RGB lighting. Each unit uses a hydrodynamic bearing and reverse-blade geometry to fit standard case mounts and radiator stacks. Builders who want a coordinated lighting scheme across intake and exhaust positions can install the trio without mixing fan models.

Magnetic daisy-chain under load

The patented 7-pin magnetic connectors let the fans link directly to one another, so a single PWM and ARGB header drives all three units. Speed scales automatically from 800 to 2000 RPM as temperatures rise, delivering 50 to 55 CFM while noise stays between 30 and 35 dBA. The FDB hydro bearing is rated for 40 000 hours MTTF, and eight vibration pads per fan dampen resonance during sustained operation.

5 V ARGB header limit

Lighting synchronisation works only with motherboard 5 V 3-pin ARGB headers such as ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion and ASRock Polychrome RGB. Connecting the daisy-chain to a 12 V RGB header will damage the LEDs. The 25 mm slim frame fits most chassis and radiator mounts, but builders who need more than three fans on one header must check the motherboard’s current rating before extending the chain.
