This Dell PowerEdge R640 is a 1U rack server with two Intel Xeon Gold 6148 processors running at 2.40 GHz, each providing 20 cores for a total of 40 cores. It includes 768 GB of DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC memory across 24 DIMM slots and eight 300 GB 10K SAS hard drives. The PERC H730P controller with 2 GB cache supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60.
