It ships with 768GB of DDR4 2666MHz registered ECC memory across 24 slots. The platform targets databases, virtualisation clusters and real-time analytics that demand maximum core count in minimal rack space.

Four-socket scalability ceiling

Four Xeon Gold 6134 CPUs each deliver 8 cores at 3.2GHz base and 3.7GHz turbo, filling the maximum processor sockets the C620 chipset supports. The 48 DIMM slots allow expansion to 6TB total capacity. Buyers who need more than four sockets or a higher per-core frequency cannot be served by this chassis.

Ready for storage and network add-in

Eight 2.5-inch SAS/SATA trays connect to the PERC H730P 2GB controller supporting RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60. A quad-port daughter card adds two 1GbE and two 10Gb SFP+ links. Dual 1600W platinum supplies, iDRAC9 Enterprise, rails and bezel complete the package so integrators only add drives and cabling.
