The HP ProDesk 400 G5 Mini PC ships as a ready-to-use bundle for home or office workers who need a small footprint and two 22-inch screens. A hexa-core Intel Core i5-9500T running at 2.1 GHz and 16 GB of memory handle everyday multitasking and web-based applications. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and activated. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives both displays.

Simple setup with one wireless dongle

Connect each monitor to the two DisplayPort outputs on the mini chassis, plug in the included USB Wi-Fi adapter for wireless networking, then attach keyboard, mouse and power. The unit uses a single external power brick so cable count stays low. No internal drive bays are accessible without removing the cover, so storage upgrades require a Torx screwdriver and care with the thermal pad. The supplied Wi-Fi adapter occupies one USB port permanently.

Verify display inputs and storage needs

Check that both monitors accept a DisplayPort signal or have suitable adapters, as the mini PC provides no HDMI or VGA output. The 256 GB SSD is the only internal storage; if you keep large local files plan for external drives or cloud storage. Memory can be expanded to 64 GB across the two slots, but the factory configuration already fills one slot with 16 GB. Ensure desk space accommodates the two 22-inch screens side by side.
