This kit contains two new Intel Xeon Silver 4114 processors, each with 10 cores running at a base frequency of 2.20 GHz and a turbo frequency of 3.00 GHz. They are supplied as a matched pack for dual-socket servers and include thermal paste that will not separate, run, migrate or bleed.

Suited for dual-socket HPE ProLiant Gen10 servers

The processors are validated for the ProLiant DL160 G10, DL360 G10, DL380 G10, ML110 G10 and ML350 G10. Systems that require a single CPU, a different socket type, or a higher core count per socket should consider other options.
